Terms of Service / Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

Brevo Detailing – Rafael Murgescu

1. Scope of Services

Brevo Detailing provides professional vehicle care services including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle detailing (interior & exterior)

  • Paint correction and polishing

  • Ceramic coatings

  • Vehicle wrapping and paint protection film

  • Window tinting

  • Cleaning and protection treatments

All services are performed with professional care and according to industry standards.

2. Appointment and Acceptance of Work

Appointments are scheduled individually with the client.
A vehicle inspection may be performed before the service to determine the condition of the vehicle and required work.

The final price may vary depending on the actual condition, size, and level of contamination of the vehicle.

3. Pricing

Prices provided are starting prices and may increase depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Paint condition

  • Level of contamination

  • Time required for proper detailing

The final price will always be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed.

4. Vehicle Condition & Pre-existing Damage

The customer is responsible for informing Brevo Detailing about:

  • Previous paint repairs

  • Repainted panels

  • Existing damage

  • Poor wrap or PPF installation

  • Weak or failing clear coat

Brevo Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Weak or deteriorated paint

  • Previously damaged clear coat

  • Poorly installed wraps or films

  • Improper previous repairs

If such defects are discovered during the service, the client will be informed immediately.

5. Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

Ceramic coatings provide long-term protection and easier maintenance, but they do not make the vehicle:

  • scratch proof

  • stone chip proof

  • damage proof

The durability of ceramic coatings depends on proper maintenance and washing techniques.

6. Wrap / PPF / Tint Removal

Brevo Detailing is not responsible for paint damage that may occur when removing:

  • vinyl wraps

  • paint protection films

  • window tints

especially if they were improperly installed, aged, or installed on repainted panels.

7. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before the service.

Brevo Detailing cannot accept liability for lost items left in the vehicle.

8. Vehicle Pickup

Vehicles should be picked up within the agreed timeframe.
If the vehicle is not collected within 48 hours after completion, storage fees may apply.

9. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

  • Other agreed methods

10. Liability

Brevo Detailing is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Brevo Detailing is not liable for:

  • hidden defects

  • aged materials

  • prior improper repairs

  • pre-existing damage

11. Warranty

Due to the nature of detailing services, no guarantee can be given for future vehicle condition.

Environmental factors such as:

  • weather

  • road debris

  • improper washing

  • chemicals

may affect the result over time.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Brevo Detailing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
